Choosing the right programme for you

From a range of weight management programmes offered by Cambridge Health Plan, you will be able to select the right one for you.

The programmes range from 411kcal to 1500+ kcal per day and are all overseen by your own personal Swindon / Wiltshire based, company-trained counsellor. They are there to offer support, motivation and advice.

The Sole Source programme (411- 548 kcal per day) replaces your entire normal intake of food with the Cambridge Diet (a nutritionally complete formula food). This can be ideal for those who prefer a period of time away from the temptations of conventional food.

There is also a range of other programmes combining the Cambridge Diet with conventional food up to and beyond 1500kcal per day. In consultation with your counsellor, you will be able to choose the right programme for you and your lifestyle.

Maintenance

After helping you to reach your target weight - through whichever programme you follow - your local Counsellor will then stay in touch and guide you through the Maintain with Cambridge programme and support you through long-term weight care.

Following CHP's own advice coupled with recommendations from the Government on healthy eating, you will be able to remain at your target weight without the need to be continually counting calories.
